I reached out to Nathan after the installer of my ASHP system (as well a third party engineer) had failed to resolve a fault that had compromised half of the LG twin-unit system for 9 months. Nathan sounded convinced over the phone that the diagnoses I’d been given were wrong so I asked him to come out to check. Not only were the diagnoses incorrect but he managed to fix the fault there and then. I’ve subsequently used him to fully service the system. He is very thorough and knows what he’s doing and I have recommended him to friends who are also disappointed with the standard of care they receive from their installer.
