Working directly for one of the world’s leading HVAC manufacturers provided Nathan with extensive exposure to real-world installations, complex system challenges, and evolving heating technologies. The role demanded not only deep product knowledge but also the ability to support engineers, installers, and customers nationwide.

Nathan developed an extensive technical understanding of LG’s Air Solution product range, including the Therma V heating systems and residential air conditioning technologies. His responsibilities covered commissioning, diagnostics, training delivery, and collaboration with both UK and international teams.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

During his time at LG Electronics UK, Nathan’s role included a wide range of technical and customer-focused responsibilities:

• Commissioning heating and cooling systems in line with strict manufacturing guidelines
• Providing on-site technical support to plumbers, heating engineers, and installers to troubleshoot operational issues
• Delivering professional training sessions at the LG UK Training Academy for external installation engineers
• Supporting the national technical helpdesk, assisting engineers with advanced diagnostics and system guidance
• Identifying spare parts requirements and supporting ordering processes for distributors and customers
• Assisting application and pre-sales engineers with heating system design, research, and performance recommendations
• Actively promoting LG Air Solution technologies through nationwide installer engagement events and pop-up demonstrations

• Reporting product quality concerns directly to LG Korea Manufacturing and R&D teams
