Nathan at Therma-Dynamics serviced our Mitsubishi air source heat pump. He was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and filled me with confidence that he knew what he was talking about. The service was carried out quickly and thoroughly with a full handover and update after he’d finished.

After several annual services on my AS heat pump and glitches that other engineers could not find I was recommended to contact Nathan. He spent all day replacing 2 components and heat and pressure flushing my radiators. The unit is now working perfectly. He’s a genius.

I reached out to Nathan after the installer of my ASHP system (as well a third party engineer) had failed to resolve a fault that had compromised half of the LG twin-unit system for 9 months. Nathan sounded convinced over the phone that the diagnoses I’d been given were wrong so I asked him to come out to check. Not only were the diagnoses incorrect but he managed to fix the fault there and then. I’ve subsequently used him to fully service the system. He is very thorough and knows what he’s doing and I have recommended him to friends who are also disappointed with the standard of care they receive from their installer.

If only we had found Nathan sooner — it would have saved us six months of frustration! Nathan is methodical, dedicated, and incredibly knowledgeable. He successfully resolved a persistent CH15 error on our panel that no one else had been able to fix, along with several other ongoing issues.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and was more than happy to share his expertise. Thanks to Nathan, we finally have heating and hot water that work properly again.

Nathan came out from Northamptonshire to North Cheshire for a CH14 fault on our LG ASHP that meant we had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks.
After trying the obvious stuff, cleaning filters, flow switch plus flushing system etc., it was the PCB. Once that was changed, waiting for the system to heat up and check it was ok he finally left.
I have nothing but praise for him and his professional approach.

Nathan has been a lifesaver for both myself and my wife. We have had no heating or hot water through our Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) for a month and this all started when we had problems from the installation company and the cover they offered.

Nathan at Therma-Dynamics LTD was recommended by LG and has tried very hard to rectify problems on our LG ASHP. He correctly identified the faults over 3 visits and found other problems that were not identified by our previous installer. He has worked at weekends to rectify the problems, and noticed problems with the way it was installed initially and corrected them.

We feel so lucky to have someone trained and recommended by L.G. and now feel more secure with the future service by him and the warranty that comes with the machine. I only wish I had the foresight to contact LG initially and then got a recommended installer like Nathan to install and maintain the equipment from the start.

Nathan is very professional man with a vast experience with the equipment, courteous with customers and hard working. He is tidy and did not cause any undue mess whilst working.
